2. We take a series of simple and painless body measurements to determine your body balance

Dr. Kaszer help’s patients understand how body balance and health are related though a detailed consultation. During this consultation you will learn about:

• possible number of NUCCA treatments needed to establish body balance, stability, and to start feeling better
• number of initial visits recommended
• average costs of office visits and various payment options
• insurance coverage

We want our patients to feel comfortable about our entire process and realize that we provide an opportunity to stop covering up pain and start recovering.  After your consultation you will have the opportunity to proceed with the initial steps of your NUCCA chiropractic care.

• We take a series of X-rays specific
• X-Rays are evaluated by Dr. Kaszer to create your custom NUCCA treatment plan

The cost is $49 for the Chiropractic consultation, exam, and NUCCA X-rays. If you do not wish to proceed with X-rays, there is no charge for the first visit.

If you cannot fill these out before your appointment, please arrive 20 minutes early.
Your time is important and our office keeps a very tight schedule.

2. Please book your appointment with our online scheduler.
If after your appointment, only a consultation and exam have been performed, there is no charge. In order to avoid the $150 no-show/cancellation fee, we require a 72 hour notice for any changes to your appointment. Please let us know how you heard about our office when prompted.
